Listing details and contact rules

What does Waypoint cost?: A fixed monthly fee, paid once your listing is approved. We will share prices when Waypoint opens.
Is Waypoint a job board?: Overture does not post job adverts. Waypoint puts your company, and what you hire for, beside the companies people are already researching.
Is there a fee if we hire someone?: You pay for Waypoint, never for a hire.
Who do people write to?: The person chooses who at your company to contact. Each note comes from them, in their own name.
How many messages could we receive?: Each approach includes one note and at most three follow-ups. A personal reply or an opt-out stops the follow-ups; an automatic reply does not. Live approaches to any one company are capped across all Overture users.
Can we search for candidates?: Companies cannot search candidates. People see your listing and choose to contact you.
Can a recruitment agency use Waypoint?: Waypoint is for hiring companies, not recruitment agencies.
Do we need Waypoint to be contacted?: People can find your company through their own research. That is always free.
