The questions people ask.

Add them to your excluded companies. That list is checked before anything else runs: before research, before scoring, before anyone is looked up. It is the first name most people add.

The approach you approved, in your own name: the note you read in your Outbox, and the follow-ups it lists, each signed by you. The first note asks them to keep your search discreet. Nothing else about you goes with it unless you add it, such as your LinkedIn profile or a link to your CV.

“Pause everything” on Research stops all approaches immediately. Nothing further goes out while it is on, and you do not need a reason.

No. You review the full transcript and correct anything wrong. Nothing downstream is built until you lock it: not your pitch, not your targets, not your outreach.

Not directly. Locking is what makes the transcript the record everything else cites. Corrections after that need a new interview, which you can start from the interview page.

The interview is spoken, and there is no typed version yet. The microphone is on only while you answer, and you open it yourself on every question. Recording can be switched off in your permissions, which also stops the interview.

About twenty minutes. It stops at 45 minutes, and never in the middle of an answer.

Every target carries its reasoning and the citations behind it: the line in your CV or the moment in your interview that put it there. On Targets, the quote sits under each point, and its source links to the line it came from.

It is not suggested again. Nothing has been sent to them and nothing will be. If you only want to think about it, leave it pending instead.

Yes. There is a form at the bottom of Targets. Overture finds the right hiring manager and prepares the approach the same way.

It appears on Outreach and on your dashboard. Nothing more is sent to them while you decide. Answer them from the thread, in your own name, or close the approach.

Reset it here with the address on your account, and we email you a link to set a new one. We never ask for your password over email. If the link does not arrive, write to support@myoverture.xyz.

Every purpose is a separate switch in your consent settings, and you can turn any of them off at any time. Core processing is the only one that is required.

In Settings, Account, use Delete your account. It closes your account and starts removing your data, as set out in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot log in, email privacy@myoverture.xyz.
